Workplace Bullying and Victimization: A Mixed Method Approach

Purpose: The main scope of the survey was to examine how school bullying and victimization experiences affect workplace victimization, as also role personality traits environment this relation. It aimed investigate consequences on mental health employees who are targets well reaction mechanisms against bullying.
 Method: 302 from four private companies in Cyprus completed Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument, Five Factor Personality Inventory Questionnaire, Retrospective Bullying Post-traumatic Embitterment Disorder Self-Rating, Negative Acts Questionnaire – Revised, a list coping skills, one-time phase.
 Results: Based results, neuroticism, influenced occurrence climate affected above relationship. Workplace climate, found be related with development Post-Traumatic Disorder. In addition, neuroticism mediated by employees’ skills.
